1. Who we are

2. The Facevity SDK

The SDK processes camera frames entirely on the end user's device. It does not upload camera images, video, face landmarks or any biometric data to us or to anyone else.

When an app uses online licence activation, the SDK sends us only: the licence key or token, the app's package name, the app's signing-certificate SHA-256 fingerprint, a random per-install identifier and the SDK version. This happens at activation, about once a day to refresh the licence, and on deactivation. We use this information only to issue and validate licences and to prevent misuse.

3. The contact form

When you submit the contact form we store the details you enter (name, email, company, phone, country, platforms, use case, audience size and message), the page you sent it from, your browser's user-agent string and a keyed hash of your IP address used for abuse prevention. We do not store your raw IP address and the form sets no cookies.

We use this information to reply to you, to issue trial or production licences you ask for, and to prepare quotes. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

4. Website analytics and cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers; see Google's privacy policy for details.

5. Retention

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting customer relationship. [Retention periods to be defined.]

6. Your rights
